Many people turn their hobbies into businesses. Many others utilize their professional expertise and experience as an extension into their new business. Yet others choose to get as far away from familiar territory as possible to venture into a business that’s completely new to them.

Reader’s Review: This is not your ordinary "work at home idea" book. The authors really packed a lot of information in this one. And it is valuable information. For instance, in each home business idea they describe, they include pros/cons, REALISTIC salary expectations, potential clients, alternative businesses that are similar, etc. It is great information and really goes beyond the "outline" that most other books give you. If you are looking for ideas on what home business to start, this is the book you need!
This book's greatest asset comes from the inclusion of specific estimates for start-up costs and recommendations on how to price products and services.

Reader’s Review: As a newbie to the WAHM world, I really enjoyed this book and found it helpful and encouraging. Cheryl has such a great sense of humor - I loved all of the analogies she uses throughout the book and the stories she shares about her kids, who are pretty funny, too. She reassures you that being home with your kids really is worth it - whether you are stressed out or haven't seen the light of day in weeks. After reading this book I finally felt excited and motivated about being a WAHM instead of nervous and scared. Thanks, Cheryl, for the inspiration!
